  Very rude when I called about 1 of 2 packages that were supposed to delivered. The carrier lied about not having to access to my location, but I personally received 1 of my packages from the carrier with no problem. I also asked him if there was another package he replied "no". I later received a text saying no access to your location. Instead of him going back to make sure he just lied about not having access afterwards. I hate when I have packages that have to come through USPS because this isn't the first time this has happened.

  ALWAYS getting other peoples mail and NOT getting mine even with tracking numbers!!! And most carriers are rude!!! This office has made me lose so much money!!! Such a total JOKE! Plus a 2 hour wait on the phone to talk with someone??? Something is not right over there!!!
