  If you are Mexican or a single female stay away. Police still have not found the killer of a Mexican lady killed on the trail and thrown into the lake around 2007. Don't believe me? Google: Alma Mendez Sauk Trial Forest Preserve. I have seen kids riding gas powered mini bikes around on the trail, forest preserve employees looking for males flashing people, drunk homeless open carry alcohol, women's underwear, on and on and on. Everyone that parks and doesn't get out of there car...up to no good. Watch yourself out there.
