  Mr KENTON GILMORE is a terrible customer service rep, you call to schedule an appointment and he doesn’t tell you the prices for these services like he SUPPOSE to over the phone but once you get there and they look at your car for an INSPECTION only then they wanna hit you with this big ass bill you weren’t expecting. And all the while he’s sitting up there trynna flirt instead of communicating like he’s suppose to and explaining these prices. If I would of known the price of the service BEFORE hand I would of never booked an appointment in the first place, then gon have the nerve to ask “is this my favorite Midas to go to?” The answer to that question is HECK NO. Learn proper communication first! These fools here are just money hungry and thirsty.

  Got an oil change on my 04 Grand Prix and it took one hour. To me that was completely fine. 25 bucks even. Sweet deal. Met a guy at the front desk named Kent who was a great guy and explained everything well with what I needed for the vehicle. Scheduled service for next month. Will post another review after that service but this one was flawless. Great job!
